Vitalis is The Personal Health Interface — a privacy-first ecosystem of four iOS apps designed around a single insight: real health is the cross-domain pattern, not a single number on a wearable. Most health apps optimize for one metric (steps, calories burned, ring closures) and miss the connections between domains. Force-fitting all of health into a single mega-app compromises every domain. Spreading it across six subscriptions means assembling the pattern by hand. Vitalis takes the third path: four serious apps — Core (vitals, screeners, cycle), Motion (fitness, HR zones, training load), Somna (CBT-I sleep protocol, smart wake), Nourish (macros, micros, hydration, meal planning) — that share a private on-device spine. Privacy is architectural, not promotional. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no third-party SDKs in the binary. Health data lives on the user's device, encrypted with iOS keychain. The four apps share data with each other through a local shared container — never a server. The "ecosystem score" inside Core rolls up daily snapshots from Motion, Somna, and Nourish into one number that means something — computed entirely on-device. Vitalis works with the wearable users already own: Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, WHOOP, Polar, Withings, and others. Anything that writes to Apple Health is automatically read. We're self-funded, deliberately small, and shipping slowly — one quality release at a time. No funding rounds chasing the latest narrative. No data-monetization pivot when the runway gets short.
